Sounds like the buffs they gave to the lords in Isle of Conquest PvP scenario. 11 million HPs, two shotting a fully geared tank (even in tank gear).
We also got these huge pink cubes over the doors once they were broken down. Only way into the keep was to catapult in

Poor Gamon was getting killed almost every time he spawned last night. At first it was organized groups then it just turned into whoever happened to be in the area. Drops no loot so it is strictly personal, lol.
