I use almostgaming quite a bit. Just do a search for xxxxx guide and usually the first 2 or 3 that pop in the search are decent.

I might reconsider continuing leatherworking after looking at the guide and how much Outlands leather is needed.

I have used this to level just about every profession from 1-450. It really gives you the nitty gritty of what you need to do get the points to get to max.
The guide assumes your going to buy a lot the mats so your mileage may vary.
