So, Just curious, what is the conventional wisdom for venturing into Cataclysm zones?
Any beta tester or those in the know got any tips/recommendations on which zones to do first? (fun/quests/instances etc).
Where to set bind? keep in capital or is there easy access to/from old world/80+ zones?

Hyjal seems to be the place you're looking for.
I've heard there's supposed to be a portal from the main cities to there.

Yep - this will be the zone everyone will start in. You will be able to do quests in other zones at 80 though. When I was in beta, I ran to a secondary zone and did a few quests prior to hitting the 4 or 5 right in Hyjal.
