Hyjal was mine. I found the quest flow to be really well done and I enjoyed the story they developed.

I also enjoyed the mechanics of quests like the bear cub toss and the jousting series.


The underwater zone felt a bit awkward to me, and I thought the collections quests there took a bit longer.

I did enjoy the boat ride out though, and whale shark rules.

Goblin - because flying Ferengi screaming that they will talk to their lawyers as they get punted from my bumper just strikes my funny bone somehow. <liptwitch>


Hyjal just feels too small and congested after the open areas of Northrend. And I'm not real fond of the artwork in Vash.


I do like the story development in the worgen zone though.

I picked worgen because it immersed me better than any other zone. And I couldn't even tell you why.

Hyjal was excellent when leveling with friends but I found Vashj'ir to be more enjoyable...as long as you're soloing. Depth/Distance perception issues in Vashj'ir are difficult to deal with but thankfully most of the quests have you killing mobs near a point of reference instead of just out in the big blue emptiness. The few quests that did have you fighting stuff that was just floating about made me think 'the enemy's gate is down'. And if you know what I'm talking about...high five!
