It seems quite a few of the Achievements are still buggy. A couple I've run into:
Bounce - The trampoline one, can't do it if you've phased into the next part of the Hyjal questing
Everyone Needs a Logo - Purhcase a guild tabard. Some guilds get it, some guilds don't. There's been speculation it's a guild rep thing, but that's been disproved. Or it's a if you had a tabard before hand you don't get it, but that's been disproved. It seems to be random.
What other Achievement bugs have you run into so far?

None.
That is to say, none that I'm aware of. I generally don't see when I should have earned an achievement, but didn't.

The Loremaster ones for sure. People still report missing quests or quests added to the wrong zone.

On my main.... I cannot get the slay the turkeys one.
No matter how many times I try, it never tracks it. I have even used a stopwatch to time myself.

Can't be, the game is perfect. They must fix themselves by the time you are 85, the game only balances at 85.

Ok, I worked very hard ot get the the Keymaster achievement. They took most of hte keys out of hte game. Now...I can't even find it under Feats of Strength. Did they just remove certian obsolete achieves?

same with Cata 5-mans.
We literally vaporized the final boss, in Stonecore ... she vaporized when she died, no loot.
