Pally healers for 5 man?

How are Pally's at healing 5 mans in Cata? Was thinking of trying it out due to Q's. Not planning on being a career healer or anything. Just fill some server needs and get my Q faster. So are they decent in Cata 5 mans? I have been saving all my int spirit quest rewards just in case.

The main problem I am seeing me having is that with no HoT's and the incoming damage, if I get CC'ed, stunned, polyed, interrupted... there is a very slim chance of recovery thanks to having mostly long heals and the instant one not healing for much.
At least for me, that was what I used word of glory for, yet now the don't want us to be able to build HP up easily. So... it is what it is.

It's certainly trickier now that Holy Light doesn't generate Holy Power on the beacon.
