Cant use Scrolls bought in Twilight

I bought a couple Leather working scrolls from the merchant in Twilight Highlands and when I try to use it I get a message that says Item can not be found. I reloaded and rebooted but still same issue. I opened up a help ticket but was wondering if anyone has been able to learn the patterns? Another friend of mine had the same issue.

Some of them have bugged skill requirements (epic leg armor taking 425 Leatherworking for example) and won't be usable till next patch.
