For those that don't know, when you rank up enough you can purchase an item from the Guild Vendor that allows a seventh vault tab for your Guild Bank. Many reached the rank this week to purchase the voucher. It costs 10k and simply states "Use: Right Click to unlock a 7th guild vault tab."

Anyone can buy this item, but you must be the Guild Leader in order to use it. It is soulbound and thus untradeable. It can not be sold to a vendor (was able to sell for 2500 gold recently, but appears to have been changed).

If you know anyone who bought this thinking they were helping the guild only to find they couldn't use or trade the item have them submit an ingame ticket. In a day or two they will remove the item from your inventory and mail you the 10k gold back. This is a known issue not yet fixed so pass it along (or not) as desired.
