	They still can't figure out it's because they are requiring groups to form ahead of time that participation is low? Wow... If you have individual rating (which they do) let people queue solo, form the group like the dungeon finder, match make on the rating and be done with it. Why can't the figure out how to use the LFG tool to form rated BGs.
