Wondering if it's recent update is what is causing my graphics issue. It's the only addon that's been updated this last weekend when the problem started. The hubby just happened ot mention he updated it for me.

I haven't had any issues with it. Maybe one of the modules that hasn't been updated... like Threat Plates.

I use it. Currently up to date. Haven't had any recent issues with it. I mostly use it on my druid tank. It's nice to have what is casting what being displayed on the nameplate. However, at times it will go bonky and the name plates will bounce back and forth. Seems to be isolated with movement, not always the case.

I used it too, the "neon" one. I was using threat plates for a while, but I can't get it to show the HP percentage so I went back to the neon. I've had no issues so far.

What graphics issue are you having? Everyone once in awhile I will get a "Interface failed because of Addon" message, but I can't consistently recreate it. Is yours happening in major cities, when you click on someone, or no apparent reason just having issues?

Could start by enabling each addon one by one, or turning your settings down and then slowly bring them back to where you had them.

It might be my gaphics card but it seems unlikely since it's new and everything's up to date with it and system req's are met. Since disabling tidy plates I haven't any any problem.


Things just go...wonky. WoW will freeze for about 5 seconds and some of the graphics will be blocky, I'll be able to move again and then it will freeze agian and more gaphics will be blocky or solid. Like a ground cloud effect goes a solid two dimensional colored spot on the floor instead of well...a cloud. The little menu buttons become big block of blurred grey and gold.

Yea that is just weird, looks like you might just have to go without tidy plates then :/

There is already in place a option in the UI that will allow you to display what spell is being cast by a mob/boss. And you can even direct it to tell you who the mob/boss is currently attacking.
