i am a backstabbing rogue using a 1.8 spd mainhand dagger, and 1.4 spd offhand dagger. i want to put landslide enchant on one and weapon chain on the other. which one do i put the proc enchant on so that it goes off more? does the 1.4 spd swing more often even though the mainhand is the one that hits with backstab? the 1.8 spd has a built in proc too incase that affects anything

Unless it has changed in the last 5 months since I quit playing, all procs from weapon enchants/doodads are normalized. This means if you have a slow 2.6 speed mainhand, you will proc no more than 6 times per minute (example). If you put that enchant on a 1.8 speed mainhand, it still procs 6 times per minute.

Frankly, I don't think it matters but I would suggest going to elitistjerks.com and searching their rogue boards for information. They do exhaustive, silly tests on these subjects and all the info you could need should be there. Hope that helps.
