It wasn't so much specific 'nerfs' as it was a complete overhaul that turned us into rogues in plate. Except with no synergy between our abilities and no more 'raid utility' that we used to be known for.
I really miss being able to maintain good DPS while still tossing someone a small heal so they don't die before a healer gets to them. Or spam healing a tank until a healer get's battle-rezzed then downing a mana pot and going back to business. Or being able to DI. Or being able to help with cleansing. Or off-tanking adds(too squishy now). Even soloing...I miss being able to take on a couple mobs without dying or only barely winning. This problem is lessened as you start max-level gearing but the process of leveling used to be one of my favorite things in the whole game. Now it's just retarded and painful.
I also miss being able to one-(auto)shot level 70 mobs. Seriously. /facepalm. I miss being able to solo old content. I could solo most of the vanilla raids at level 80 in WotLK. I can't solo them now unless I go Prot. And even that doesn't cut it sometimes.
Heck, I miss being able to bubble hearth out of duels.
