Apparently Healing Surge is doing 20 percent less healing. Not a PVE nerf really but a PVP one. Not confirmed by a blue yet though so it may be a bug.

I, on the other hand, prefer a command-line system 'cause i'm so hardcore
/north /north *You encounter an [Avatar of the god Set]!*
/cast sheild *sheild spell unavailable*
/csat shield *csat: unknown command*
*[Avatar of Set] beheads [Peasant]*

Shaman are the top pvp healers (especially arena) atm. Instead of bringing the bottom up they tend to nerf whichever healer's on top for pvp or pve until everyone is equally unhappy with the state of their class.

Well why not, didn't they just nuke Paladins because their set bonuses were too good?
