Need some tech help please

Do to mother nature being a hag. I am just coming back. I did a reformat on my comp and saved my wow stuff. I did a clean install of the game but do not want to go through the hassle of loading all my favorite addons again. I back every thing up so I have it..... I am just not sure what to put back on the computer. I know the addon folder but do I need to put the WTF and DATA back too? Thanks in advance.

WTF holds your chat settings, addon variables(saved data for like gatherer), macros. and etc.

Interface, screenshots, WTF are folders that might have stuff you want.
WoW is an old school installation - everything tied to the game is in the world of warcraft folder. This makes it completely portable - you can copy the entire wow folder from pc to pc without the need of running an installer.

Voqar said it best. Most MMOs appear to use this model as well.
RIFT, DAOC, WOW, EQ, EQ2 (I think on EQ2) all are portable. It is very nice.

The only issue you might have, is that some addons might be out of date, in which case you will have to reinstall them anyway...
also, any corrupted data that might possibly be in your old WTF folder will be xferred as well....
