Ok, I want something simple. So simple, I can't find it. I like to make little changes iwth addon not big whole freaking UI resets n such.


I simply want to change to the number of buttons on a given action bar. Bartender will do that, however it does not allow me to use certain default features I like, such as using the arrows to scroll thru my "default" action bar.


Anyone know of something that can do that?


I want to have upper bottom left bar sit next to my stance bar, instead of under it so I have ot shrink the number of keys in that bar.

You could just try one of those mods that lets you move the default UI, like Move Anything.

Bartender lets you do this..shift mousewheel to scroll through a set of bars..(by default) This can also be disabled...sec lemme find the exact place to look in bartender.

And, as you know, shrinking and placement are no problem.


Edit: Under Bar 1(or whichever bar you want), select state configuration, and you want the box called "action bar paging"....

Thanks, the action bar "paging" didn't make sense. I read the little tool tips with those buttons and like, "Eh, that's now what I want! Moving on!" How about calling it action bar scrolling or something simple for dummies like me.


Is it possible to enable it for only one character? I didn't find an over all "disable" option so I could turn it off for the rest of my characters.


And I'll look into Move Anything, that sounds handy.

Each profile should be unique...


If you are like me though, you created one profile that you liked, and "copied from" to your other characters...


In the original profile, if this is enabled, it will be enabled for all that you "copied"..

It can be disabled/enabled on a per character basis, as each character has its own "profile".

I use Bartender myself, love it.

But I never use the paging, other than modifying what bar gets changed to when I switch stances/forms etc.

I want ot be able to hide my craft bar. And not with the fade in out thing either. I know I'd happen ot hover over it at the worst possible moment on a boss encoutner and wipe the raid. Seriously, I'm that good.

I used action bar paging on my druid, it's what re-configured all my action bars, based on my form.

So if in 'caster' i used bars 1,2,3
if i go into bear, it paged to 8,9,3
if i went into cat 6,7,3
stealth in cat 4,7,3

I do not think paging and scrolling are the same thing, but it has been almost 2 years
