Except calling because international calls are not free.

I just came back with a brand new account and started a worgen. I got stuck in a bug which is detailed here http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2743806348 and unable to progress. I sent a ticket ... It says it might take2 and a half a day to get a response! And no, starting over is not an option. :/

EDIT: They fixed it.
