There's a board in every capital city. Stormwind will send you to differen't zones than Ironforge for example, so if you want a change from the last toon you leveled, head to a differen't board.

I ran through Org for about a week before I noticed this command board thing. If you are aware of the invention called the internets, it really is a bit redundant.
