Adventurers will be tested like never before in 4.3 as they take on Deathwing and his minions, emerging with powerful new treasures. Please enjoy this preview of the priest tier 13 set, as well as a visual guide to tiers 1 through 12 for Transmogrification purposes.

Priest - Vestments of Dying Light

Priests (and paladins for that matter) are often the most challenging classes to design ?badass? armor sets for, in contrast to the death knight and warlock, whose underlying concepts demand the unquestionably cool dark and sinister approach.

In this instance, however, the design asked for a bold, two-tone, ?Venetian carnival style with creepy, soulless black eyes,? which gave me a powerful, potentially edgy direction to explore. The set?s ?Dying Light? theme was visualized as a spiked, setting sun motif.

T3 version of the Faith set was my favorite. My new favorite is the T5 followed by T8.

The new set is pretty good actually. I'd go for smaller shoulders though.

Looks like the outfits from the orgy scene in Eyes Wide Shut to me.

Not bad. Nice use of color actually. Not wild about the three mask notif though. They need to take those off the shoulders.

Oh yeah, I also saw apost somewhere along hte lines of "bring the sexy back" for armor...and I gotta agree. While half naked plate sets are a little much I wouldn't mind something a little more feminine sometimes.

I always liked T5/6 myself.

I actually really like that. Kinda looks like a viridi mask. T5/6 are really nice too.

Too bad with shadow, you really cant see any of the details while in shadow form though. It would be nice if the mask/faces were highlighted differently while in shadowform.

I love it... reminds me of a creepy evil type character from Dr. Who or something... also the Lord Marshall in The Chronicles of Riddick.

T5/T6 were definitely the best by far.

T12 will always remind me of those head-in-a-bucket things from halloween.

Don't like the helmet for T13.

On the PTR, they added a glyph to change the look of shadowform. You can also right click on something to remove the shdowform LOOK without removing the form itself. I heard about all this 2nd hand from MMO-Champ though.

If they are right, priests will have a choice of: regular shadowform, a new shadowform, or no shadowform look. Not too shabby.

No word on how it looks yet.
