That's right. Blizzard's Customer Support has moved to You Tube! Well not quite moved, they've just added a sercurity channel with helpful tutorials for using your Authenticator, general security and that wonderful "Oh my gosh! I've been hacked!" situation. Take a moment to read the official Blizzard Entertainment post. Interesting. Will this cut down on service times by helping users solve basic problems?

Not really. People who don't read the FAQs or written step-by-step articles on how to resolve these issues won't be any better served by a video saying the same thing. IMO.
