He's talking about a promo video done by a guy playing a warrior who had a bunch of people stand around, let him buff up with potions and buffs out the wazoo, then beat on them largely unopposed until he built up enough stacks of some buff to pull off a single hit of 130k+.

Any decently geared Arcane Mage (ilvl 369 avg) can do something similar with 2 crit AB's fairly routinely.

Can you even consider it playing the game? Or is it just playing a game of UI whack-a-mole at that point?
Looks like I'm staring at a damn Steel Battalion controller with that interface.
