Tinker Bot updates

There are some types of salvage that are missing from the Salvage ID types on the tinker bot. I am trying to find them as fast as I can, but if you find that the bot will not tinker a salvage type let me know. It would be special salvage like you get from a NPC or casino's. If you find any types that will not tinker let me know where you got it from please.

Added some code to automatically log unknown Material ID's to the log files. Thank you Tacit!
