I usually surf goth/oceanus/cots...

As long as it's a low pop we should just try to stick with soloers = Cots, 2-3 mans = Goth, zerg fights = NF keeps.
If people respect Cots as a designated solo zone, we could have a good population, and if anyone brings a group there, the soloers can just zerg them down.
