Is farming RP legal on mordred?

Ok I have been hearing people saying that its best scales/glass etc to claim/take CK's with alt guilds etc and my question isssss.....on Mordred is it legal to farm your own keeps and characters or what?

No one has ever gotten in trouble for farming their own keep. Just use a geared necro and his heal alone will keep the pet alive. Don't even bother breaking doors.....
RP farming does/has gotten people banned.

You are allowed to take all the keeps you want, but repeatedly killing a character that clearly isn't fighting back even just for the gold drop is a bannable offense.
