Most people in game use Ventrilo, TeamSpeak or Skype when they play. It just makes playing so much easier to be able to push a button and talk rather than try to type while fighting, casting, healing, etc. Everyone that uses these means of communication has had at least one moment that something funny or bizarre has happened that gives them a chuckle.

A while back, when I was in Redheaded Stepchildren our regular group was in vent together. Ageamyar often had his mic. set for voice activation. I think it was just because he wasn't co-ordinated enough to mash buttons, and click to talk at the same time. One night, while he was afk his telephone rang and everyone in Ventrilo got to hear him profess his innocence to his girlfriend. "No baby, I wasn't with her…I would never cheat on you…you know how much I love you". He was off heads, and couldn't hear us telling him he had an open mic. Nor could he hear the roars of laughter from everyone in vent. It's a moment he's never lived down and one we won't forget. Love ya Nick but told you I'm never gonna let you forget this one!

Back when mordred had somewhat of a population,
It was Praise, Osheshnor, Musicly, Boxy, Me, and a few others in vent,
making prank calls with osheshnor's phone,
everyone was giving him phone numbers of friends, or other people in all of our lives.
After giving him a few girls phone numbers I had,
I looked up the FBI's Reportdesk for emergencies,
and he phoned them off of his house phone.

Immediately he hung up and stopped prank calling for the evening.
