I recently recovered my old accounts after an 8 year absence and there is a character with that name on one of my accounts. I don't know how you acquired my account and I don't really care at this point.
I have no problem deleting that character if that is what you want.

yeah that sounds dumb. just turn rpfilter on with a generated name to display quiggley and turn the name off over your head boom your name is quiggley
