Ya, you do wind up with a lot of xp left, I had a bunch for a looong time and decided to just take every aug to use some up. It must work in a wonky way because no matter what I get now, the number never goes up. Dont really have anything to put it into but its just odd that the number is down to like 16 bil or so and dosent move anymore.
