For the last three days I have been able to log all the way up to the character screen, i click enter, it goes into portal space and then red rings. Is anyone else having this problem, or know how to fix it?


This game has worked perfectly fine for months on both of my computers, yet all of a sudden I can't play and neither tech support nor turbine have responded yet.

Your router may have rebooted and changed the IP address corresponding to the port you have open for the PCs.

I did get a new router set up, so how would i go about fixing this?
