	The DND MMO did it awhile back...i heard there were so little people they took the risk and made it F2P...and lots of people started playing. This game needs to be Free-to-Play and have some Advertisement overhaul done with it and it will be golden, hell...i might even come back. Champions Online just went F2P also...is it still "turbine"? i dunno anymore...but they need to look into it and get it done for the players. I have spoken my peace!

	never. turbine has already stated that AC won't be free to play because of the 10 years or so of content that has been added to the game over the years. If anything, Main-land dereth might be free to play some day, with ML/DI/monarch island/all the extra island places, places you can pay to access. but all this requires a fair amount of effort on turbine/warnerbros parts...to lose money. so realistically, AC will probably never be FTP and things will just kind of putter along until it is no longer financially viable to do so. ph -----signature----- ah, id love to wear a rainbow everyday. and tell the world that everythings ok... but ill try to carry off a little darkness on my back, till things are brighter.. im the man in black.

	It won't happen because of the coding or whatever. Turbine tried it with ac first but relized it won't work so tried with their other games.

	Wrong, wrong and wrong. Devs made mention of it on the official forums saying that they had an older system so it was harder to switch to f2p but they never said it would never been f2p.
