you an insider?
Only insiders are supposed to be able to add their name to icons...
really though  why bother? They can look above the image to read your name

You dont have to be an insider to have custom icons. Ive seen many users on the IGN Boards have them so Im assuming it's okay.

I think Evilly was saying to stick to the current (old now) rules until we get a firm answer. There's nothing in Teddy's new sticky that says personalised icons aren't allowed:
