Can anyone help me with creating the general member sized icon of this picture? Just need the guy in it but I'd like the gun included. Is it possible to get that all in a decent looking icon? I tried and failed. :/

I did it, but it looks like crap, a higher resolution photo might be better, but then again, it was my first attempt at an icon ever
