May I get this hosted? I am pretty sure it is already 80 x 80 if not less =o!

Uploading animated icons is broken. The only animated icons that can be used are ones already existing in the database.
Not to mention your "80x80 or less" icon is 190x140 and 26.3 KB in size - too large on both counts. It would take considerable re-tooling to fit into the non-insider icon requirements.
