Large, regular, with or without background.. whatever. I'm sure however it comes out will be fine and just appreciate anyone looking into it.

well it could be done with the background but it might look odd. if you don't mind it boxy you could simply resize it and use it as it is. could also make it more of a circle/button shape but you would loose some of the background including the people off in the distance there.
