I just need it resized to mega-icon size. I downloaded Irfanview but the VN seems to want it to be 120x120 even if it is 120x73. Because of this, the flag becomes a square instead of a rectangle and looks like crap. (see on my icon how its a square and looks all stretched and crap)


Can anyone size it down the icon to 120x73 and then paste it (centered) into a 120x120 transparent layer in photoshop so it keeps its appropriate ratio >.<


Or if theres an easier way you can do that. This is the only way I know how to get around this though and I don't have photoshop at work
