For anyone who likes to make icons this might be fun for you. Its anime based but as long as your google skills aren't lacking you can google what you need to take part in the contest and the folks on the anime board would be happy to help with character suggestions etc i'm sure.
Depending on how it goes that may become a seasonal(four time a year) contest.
