Anyone know if there are any major differences between the software or if this has like an expiration where it will stop working in a few years? like some stuff I've bought that where student editions

i'm not sure if it expires or not but i'd make very sure your eligible for the activation key for it before buying. you'll notice some of the negative reviews there are from students who were denied keys because whatever school they were with wasn't registered or something.
