Can anyone take this picture and convert it to a GIF file, making sure it has under 25k in size per the mega-icon rules. Also, can anyone do some editing if the background isn't transparent so that it doesn't clash with the VN gray? Finally, make sure it is centered and sized correctly. Thanks!

i'm at work so my tools are limited...did it quick and dirty with gimp. if it looks bad i can do it again later at home with photoshop.
