As of Feb 3, 200% bonus is still not effectively working on Gaheris.
RP should be 7200, before any item/relic/guild/mythirian bonuses.

There is currently a 25% bonus to RPs in the capitals on Gaheris.

Gonna go over to a friends party prior to game and then head over to my sisters for the game itself.. kinda need to be with family.. my childhood best friend passed away last night in Baltimore from ALS.. hadn't seen him in years but a day never passed without thinking of him..

Just want it to be a good game... really don't have a horse in the race..
