Feel free to play with it. I would personally like to see the power pool be above 45 but with the dragon myth you'll get 25% arcane siphon or 1 in 4 is cast for free. With power tricks, ethereal bond and serenity, power really shouldn't be much of an issue. Hat, stave, cape, gem, and whatever you put in the r/l hand slots (caster dragon shield and Cathal Valley hammer perhaps?) should be enough power tricks to work with MCL and Raging Power.
