I was asked for my Friar's template. I used the Infernal Sleeves but you can get very similar results using the ML10 sleeves or just crafting your own and adjusting the jewelry as there is a lot of utility being soaked up by the Croc Tear Ring which is in the template for the excellent damage conversion.

Been trying to get Lug's for a friar temp for a while now. This is a solid temp. I prefer astral staff though. May look at trying to put it together if I can get my hands on a Lug frag.

Using the Dragon staff, this template caps swing spd at 1.5s/. The idea is to maximize friar stick heals/procs for survivability. 4 pieces of dual reactive armor also help. Some nice utility toys w/ EoY and Lugs as well. Also, only 2 crafted pieces of armor to get heal reactives for.
