so iam about to start farming some scales and was thinking if theres a better/faster way to do it then simple run around epic zone or AC etc ?
are there some named that drop more then one that is somewhat easy to farm?

The Draks down in laby drop 1-6 scales. Afaik they are the fastest when playing with a solo toon or duo.

Brigands out in Dartmoor are blue/green/yellow con .... super easy kills, fast scales but boring as all get-out

Draks are great.. but if they are overfarmed one of the best places is the strikers/grievers in Sheeroe.. no cash drops to speak of but they usually drop a scale and quite often an alch drop as well..
and since they are ranged you can beat them to the punch and sometimes they will run at you when half dead but then you can usually drop them at yer feet..

Myddraxis and Nosdoden best scale farming! 
Can be done with a tank healer and heretic 1500scales each time |

"can" be done or easy with that setup, for someone like me that never have done it would i have a hard time doing it ?

If you have thos characters u can do it with practice, might die first time but youll get the hang of it.
