I only lived in Minneapolis for about 18 months before being deported, and I don't know that much about American Football, but what the hell is Brett Favre doing joining the Vikings? lol

He wants a Super Bowl ring and maybe he thinks that with Adrian Peterson, he won't have to carry the team.

From the Vikings stand point, Favre is a significant upgrade to Tavariwhatever Jackson.

He hurt his knee, was out of the game for about a year and then caught on last year mid-season with the worst team in the league (Detroit Lions, 0-16, a new track record!). Fighting for the starting job against a rookie on the same (very bad) team this year.

As big a slappy as I am for Michigan sports I can't even give the Lions any respect......screwed up the career of the greatest running back to ever grace the NFL was his presence. What a horrible franchise.
