Has anyone tried this out?
It's a free to play game currently in open beta (not doing character wipe), and it has relics and mass pvp. Now i know that sounds like every other game lately, but its actually really good. I did some heavy pvp yesterday and it kinda brought me back to the days of daoc.
The UI is pretty primitive but bareable, but the game handles mass pvp so well. Also there is alot no grind, as the focus is end game. I got from 1-30 in about 4-5 days or casual playing, max level 50. I was able to participate very heavily as a 30 against level 45+.

I haven't researched this game at all, but what I've tended to notice is that in these free MMOrpgs, that the only way that you ever really become viable, is if you buy in game items with real money. Every "free" game follows the same trend, which is fine and all, but I'd rather just pay 15 bucks a month, keep everyone on an even level. But we've all seen how those games have worked out as well. It's a crapshoot anymore :/

Of course leveling is fast. Leveling is always fast in a beta then every company does a bait-and-switch and adds more grind when its game goes live. Get back to me when this game goes live and we find out how leveling really is and how retarded the item shop is.

well since open beta wont be getting a wipe, ill be leveling some toons for the hell of it. Also forgot to mention that there are 5 opposing realms and you can port to any main nation, as well as being able to switch between pvp and pve channels.

Installed it, logged in, made a toon, ran around a bit. That's all the further I've gotten. It sounds like it might be good, least on paper. But, dunno. Was a lot of gold spam from the getgo, which, is strange since it's a beta :\

people have been getting astonishingly lazy in games and selling gold for betas is getting to be more common. I wish horrible things upon the gold sellers.

open beta = release on a free to play, which is why there is alot of gold spam
still enjoying the pvp, its actually quite balanced.
