I got my code this morning, loved the original, been following some of the released development stuff, so been looking forward to it.
I'm not that good of a player, nothing like the guys that compete, but I still have some fun with RTS games from time to time.

I swung by Gamestop to pick up a beta key as well - I'm not convinced I'll get the whole game though. I didn't play much of the original SC but I have played a ton of RTS's. I was rated pretty well back when I was 16 years old playing Age of Kings. 
So far I'm pretty much terrible, but I'm playing against people who a) have played the original to death or b) are actually really good.

RTS is just not a genre I've ever been able to get into.

I still play Masters of Orions 1 and 2. Part 3 was too annoying

ya, not really a fan of rts but i've gotten alright at sc2. i bought the first one and wcIII just for the use map settings games.
