I've given it time now.. is it worth the buy? also if i do buy it.. where is everyone?

Read the SWTOR thread I started on this forum. A number of people gave their thoughts on the game there.

I think it's well worth the purchase if you are looking for a new MMO to play for a few months and you like Star Wars. I don't think it's going to be a long term home for many former DAOC players. PvP is about like WAR's if not worse at end game. But leveling up doing the class story quests with their fully voiced cut scenes is very entertaining and the space combat missions take MMO mini-games to a new level.

I'm on the PvE server Giradda the Hutt along with Groundskeeper, Grain, InsanityX and some other former Gawaine players. You can find servers for other people in the previously mentioned thread.
