Blog post by Matt Frior (on Scott Jenning's site), for the nostalgic. I personally wish Brian Axelson was more involved in MMOs, because the 1 button/GCD WoW combat systems are getting very stale to me.

Maybe i'm reading it wrong, but it seems like he's indirectly linking the decline of players to the buyout in his last paragraph.
It was a really good read. Makes me want to play again...Anyone here still playing?
