I've got to work 6p - 6a. I'm taking a bottle of sparkling cider in for my crew and I to toast the New Year if they happen to be at the station at that time.

I plan to stay at home, ring in the New Year fairly quietly, avoid the nuts on the road. Watch the ball fall in High Def, drink a Margarita or two, then sleep.

I always stay in. Last New Years I actually went out and did anything I believe was 2000.

First, sleeping in. Then, watching the Sun bowl and consuming beer. Go BEAVERS!
At night: Staying in, having a few people over... drinking some beer, some wine, playing some pinochle and watching the ball drop. Putting my wife to bed and playing Fallout 3 until I'm too tired to stay up.
Oh yeah, and eating as much junk food as I can before my wife goes food nazi and cleans out the cupboards for her New Year resolution diet.
