I thought I would throw the one up here for you that has the lines taken out of it, just in case you didnt wanna have to do all that work as well.

All I did with it was a light sepia to bring the color of the cement out more, and I Dodges and Burned it abit to bring the graffiti out more.
I'm sorry it took so long, but I had to get home from class this evening before I could do anything to it.

I wouldn't have thought of using sepia or the dodging and burning! Thank 
There is one more thing I'm thinking of doing with it. I find that modern building in the background just doesn't fit, so I'm thinking about cutting out and then blurring it substantially and seeing if I can fake a nice bokeh on it.
If I get time today I'll give it a go and show the result
