Toadstools, Flowers and Trees |
I found these in my aunts yard. I shot them at 2.8, using my 70-200 set at 200, ISO 100, and a fairly fast shutter speed.

These woods I shot very late in the evening last night, as I was shooting some slow shutter water work.
I used 3 differant filters to get the "Painted" look to the woods, and yet still retain the photo aspect.

Like them all, except the painted woods one, to me it just looks like it is overshapened :< Very nicely composed and nice colors though.

Its The "Paint" filter that makes it look like that. If you could see the full size pic, it does not have that over sharpened feel to it.

Man, what a sweet lens. Great sharpness.
I really like the first toadstool shot. And I like the photo of the woods (although the paint filter isn't my cup of tea).

So when are you getting that lens stig?
Yea I'm happy with the trees with that paint filter, looks really good with double black mats.
But I have never used it before, and I doubt I will again, because its not really my thing either.
My fav of the bunch is the flower, it just looks so other worldly.
