Well this week makes 2 years that PBS has been using a photo of mine on a weekly show.
They came to me and asked for a photo as a "Back Drop" to use on their set.
Its a barn shot, and its put into a fake window frame for a fake view of outside, as they sit on their set (That's a tongue tier..)
The show is called Virginia Farming, and of course none of you lot will get it, but I'm proud of it none the less

That's awesome.
And I want to arrange a get-together with you for the fall. We were just down at Luray Caverns a couple days ago. I want to go back down in the fall and get some shots before they open to the public. Isn't that where you did that?
And the Virginia Safari Park down that way is awesome. So this fall we'll have to get together for some photos.

I did it early this year, but they were open to the public, I just did a private tour.
Its my understanding now, that they dont have guides anymore, so you can go through at your leisure and do it correctly with slow shutters and no flash.
I'll take you to some good spots when you get here

Yep, no guides now. They give you a mp3 player and headphones. Go at your own pace, plug the "room" number into the mp3 player and get your info. For some reason I thought you got to go in early morning before they officially opened for the day. Either way, I want to go back and get some better shots.

Your correct, It was early morning before they opened. I dont know if they still do that since the guides are gone, but we can sure find out when you come down.
