Y'alls Thoughts on July's Contest |
Since its such a broad category (Which could be alot of fun), what do y'all think of increasing the number of entry's from 2 per, to 5 per person?
Everything else would stay the same, and go back to normal in August.
Y'alls thoughts on the matter?

Seems like a good idea to me. Five shots will not only increase the overall variety, but would allow individuals to shoot a variety of things too.

It's a good idea, but I'll personally have a hard time getting even one photo for this theme. It doesn't get dark here until long after my bed time at this time of year. I'm also not keen on wandering the streets and fields around here in the dark 
I have one shot I can take in my garden, but it depends on the light, I'll need to play it by ear... err... eye

Give it a shot, sure.
Maybe add the requirement that they have to each be a different subset of the theme, not all painting with light for example. Adds more challenge for those that want to do more but still leaves it the overall theme open so everyone can get in.

I like that Idea, I could easily do 5 different things for this contest, and then some.

I agree with Nakal that 5 per person is a lot. I think that it will water down the votes. We'll have 25 photos to vote on and it will be a 15-way tie with one vote each. 
What about upping it to 3 per person? We can always show off the outtakes when all is voted on.

3 works for me, with just such a broad theme, I hate to be stuck with just 2 when we can do so many things.
